1964 Queen of the Rehabilitation Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.  After spending one year in the Boston Floating Hospital with ALL - Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  Karen Lord aka: "Ella" in the Pulitzer Prize book "Emperor of all Maladies" by Doctor Siddhartha Mukherjee and recent PBS documentary,  "Emperor of all Maladies". I am the oldest leukemia survivor in the world.
